Welcome to VidSpace! This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and VidSpace regarding the use of VidSpace Applications and related services. Please read and understand the terms of this Agreement carefully before using VidSpace. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use VidSpace.
1. Service content
VidSpace is a video playback and management app that provides the following features and services:
Local video import: Users can select local video files from the device to import into the application through the system file manager.
Video playback: Support a variety of mainstream video formats (such as MP4, MKV, AVI, etc.), and provide high-definition, 4K video playback.
Video management: Users can rename and delete imported videos.
Play control: Support fast forward, fast back, play speed adjustment and other functions.
Personalization: Users can set playback parameters according to their preferences, such as subtitles, volume, etc.
2. User qualification
You must be 13 or older to use VidSpace. If you are under the age of 13, please use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not use VidSpace for any illegal activity.
3. Account registration and use
Account creation: You can create a personal account through the VidSpace app. When creating an account, you will need to provide a valid email address and set a password.
Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your account information, including your password. If your account information is compromised, please notify us immediately.
Account Management: You can manage your account information through the in-app Settings options, including changing passwords, updating email addresses, and more.
4. User behavior norms
Legal Use: You must use VidSpace lawfully and must not use the App for any illegal or infringing activities, including but not limited to the dissemination of illegal content, copyright infringement, etc.
Respect for others: You may not use VidSpace for harassment, defamation, threats, or other inappropriate conduct.
Compliance with the Rules: You must comply with all of VidSpace's usage rules and policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Community guidelines, etc.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright: VidSpace and all its content, including but not limited to software, interface design, text, images, etc., are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use such content without our express written permission.
User Content: Video content that you upload or share through VidSpace should ensure that you have legal copyright or licensing rights. You are responsible for the legality of such content.
6. Disclaimer
Service interruption: We may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance, upgrades or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we do our best to minimize interruptions.
Content Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the video content in VidSpace. You should make your own judgment about the reliability of the content.
Third Party Services: VidSpace may link to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of these third party websites or services.
7. Limitation of liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages suffered by you as a result of your use of VidSpace, unless such damages are caused by our willful or gross negligence.
8. User data and privacy
We respect your privacy and adhere to the VidSpace Privacy Policy. You can manage your personal information through the in-app privacy Settings.
9. Termination of service
If you breach any of the terms of this Agreement, we have the right to terminate or limit your use of VidSpace without notice.
